Full Delegate Fee
The registration fee for pre-registered delegates includes:
• Attendance at the scientific sessions and entry to the exhibition hall
• Delegate bag and conference material
• Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks and lunch as published in the programme
• Attendance at the Conference Gala Dinner (must be selected when registering)

Day Delegate Fee
The registration fee for pre-registered day delegates includes:
• Attendance at the scientific sessions and entry to the exhibition hall on
• Delegate bag and conference material
• Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks and lunch as published in the programme

Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Rates quoted are per room per night and includes breakfast and VAT. All Hotel accommodation must be paid in full at time of booking.

Late/Delayed Arrival
Check-in is usually from 14.00hrs. Should you want to check into your room earlier, it is safer to reserve the previous night as well. Check-out is at noon.

Cancellation Conditions
If your hotel reservation is cancelled before the dates shown, the full amount will be refunded. Cancellations or changes after this date should be made directly with the hotel. Please note the Hotel may charge you for all nights booked. All cancellations must be received in writing.
